Block 9 Gym is family owned and operated by husband and wife Nick and Jen with more than 20 years in the fitness industry behind them. The gym is based in Blantyre Industrial Estate, near Hamilton. We have hand picked our equipment from all over the world , with an extensive cardio area, a large variety of resistance machines, some you wont find in commercial gyms, heavy free weight area, functional training kit, changing rooms & chill out area. We have recently extended our hours to 5am-11pm 7 days a week for members! Our membership is £32.50pm - based on a 12 month membership. Or we do a rolling membership for £42.50pm with no commitment. To join you must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by an adult until 18 years old.
